Jonathan listened attentively to what Elliot was saying on the phone, noticing the seriousness in his voice. "Harry scheduled a last-minute meeting and is heading to the office. I need you to receive him, please, as I'm in a meeting with my lawyer," he said, being more succinct than usual. Upon hearing Elliot's words, Jonathan felt his stomach churn. He wasn't sure if it was due to the hangover or the fact that he had to see Harry in person.
According to his words, life seemed to be set on ruining his day completely, which, by the way, hadn't started off on the best note.
"Okay... Will you be long?" Jonathan asked, feeling concerned about having to deal with Harry alone, considering the main topic they would discuss.
