• Jonathan was extremely worried. All he had heard from Harry was his name, and his shaky voice didn't seem to indicate that he was in good condition. He didn't know where he was, whether he was at home or dumped in some bar. But he had to try to find him, since the call ended seconds later without any indication that he was all right.
• Hugo picked up his car after long months in the building's garage, as it was more economical to take the subway to work because it was closer and there was no traffic. Even though he was afraid to drive, he knew it was an emergency, and he shouldn't be opposed to the idea that came from himself.
• Eric didn't have a driver's license, just like Jonathan, so that was the only option left. He bravely reached for the steering wheel, completely ignoring the fear that arose as soon as he set foot in the car.
