• In the bathroom, Jonathan stared at the large mirror in front of him. He looked at his slightly distorted reflection, analyzing his image critically. He didn't know if he was satisfied with what he saw, or if his actions were really that reprehensible. Stories of office romances, especially with bosses, were common, but
• Jonathan didn't consider himself to be like other people. He felt uncomfortable thinking that his thoughtless act could harm him. Although his job was the best thing he had ever achieved in his life, the strong attraction between two adults was difficult to contain when both were free to live what they felt, only to be held back by the hierarchy of a company. That seemed old-fashioned to him.
• He tried to push away the negative thoughts that consumed him, but by this point he should be used to losing control to his anxiety, which filled him with intrusive and uncomfortable thoughts, creating catastrophic scenarios that didn't even exist.
