• I plunge my body under the water when I hear the doorknob turn and I cringe when I feel the vibration of the bedroom door closing. My heart sears in my chest the moment that I can no longer feel Liam nearby. Trying to hold my breath to make the ache in my chest seize, I gasp and push up for air.
