Chapter 76

• Freda was waiting for Isabelle to come out of the bathroom for more than thirty minutes but her friend was not coming out. Freda figured it was because she had a toilet emergency but as time passed she could not ignore it. Freda stood up from the table and went to look for Isabelle in the bathroom. On getting there, Freda called her name and checked all the bathroom stalls but she was in none of them. Freda was still checking when she saw Isabelle’s purse, something was seriously wrong. Freda left the restaurant and came outside to check if Isabelle was there, but there was no sign of her. Freda began to panic. She called the attention of the guards that were in charge of Isabelle. They went on and searched the entire restaurant but after a long search they came up with nothing. Isabelle was not in the restaurant.
• Freda knew that she could not possibly handle all of that on her own. She called Lucifer with panic in her blood.
• “Hello Lucifer, Isabelle is missing her purse is here but she is nowhere to be found. She went to the bathroom and then she did not come back,” Freda said to Lucifer as he picked the call.
