Chapter 10

• Lucifer walked into his penthouse exhausted as hell. He barely got any sleep last night and his body was used to it by now, but he was mentally exhausted. For now, he had to focus on unraveling who Isabelle Moretti was.
• Maybe he was not minding his business at this point, but something about the woman who enjoyed being in red intrigued him. He couldn’t stop waiting to unravel different layers of her. He was going to do so even if he didn’t care about what would happen in the end.
• He pulled out his mobile phone and proceeded to put a call through to his private detective. He needed everything he could gather about Jeremy and why he held such an important role in Isabelle’s life. This was none of his business, but sex with Isabelle wasn’t something he was sure he would stop at once. He wanted to continue fucking her and he wouldn’t do that if one son of a bitch kept on disrespecting her with him in the picture.
