• “I am not going to the party,” Lucifer said to Isabelle and she glared at him. She could barely imagine why he was being so unfair and annoying. There was no reason for him not to go to the party. It was for children living with cancer.
• “You are being unfair and annoying, Lucifer. It is a charity event for God’s sake. They are raising money for children living with cancer. It will be so good when the money is raised, children will be happy. You will help to save lives,” Isabelle said. She knew that her annoyance showed in her words, just the way she wanted it.
• “I said I was not going Isabelle, stop being so stubborn,” Lucifer said. She could tell that he was angry, but she still did not understand his unwillingness to go. Or even his anger at the topic. It was puzzling to be honest. Why was he so angry about a simple charity dinner? Why did he not want to go badly?
