• After pouring out all her emotions, frustrations, anger and all to Lucifer he wasn't even affected. Isabelle felt like dragging her hair in frustration. She figured she had done enough of grovelling.
• "I have told you my own side of the story. If you don't believe me, it is not my fault anymore. I can't change your mind if you already think I am lying. When you have thought about the matter more, you can tell me your decision then," Isabelle said and stood up to leave Lucifer's office. She walked to the door and then turned to look at him.
• "Whatever your decision may be, just know that I am sorry for breaking the contract either way," Isabelle said and left Lucifer's office, and went home. On her way, she thought of everything that had happened. She had done her part, and it was frustrating that he was being so hard on her, she did not think that she deserved him to be so hard, but she could not change his mind he was his own man anyway.
