Chapter 36

• “What are we going to do about the women being trafficked? I suppose you’re thinking of a plan that would make them safe against future trafficking too and the men coming back for them.” Jay asked and Lucifer paused. He hasn’t really thought about what would happen after they find the man Theo has been selling the girls to but they needed to find the man himself first.
• “Taking care of them is the least of the problems here, the main issue here is that we need to find that bastard. We need to know who he is working for and uncover their trafficking plot, Theo has soiled my name and I need to clear it up. The man is probably involved in more dirty things that we can think of, he probably has a chain of dirty people like him too.” Lucifer replied him and Jay nodded in agreement. He trusted his boss to come up with solutions at critical point.
• “Finding him won’t be as easy as we are thinking, he was supposed to meet up with Theo yesterday and he didn’t show up. He knows how things work here and it won’t take him long to figure out that Theo has been killed. He would probably be on the run as we speak and we don’t want to trigger a code red when we don’t really know how he looks like.” Jay added and Lucifer shook his head.
