Chapter 11

• Lucifer crossed his leg in his penthouse and he waited for Rey to show up, the detective had informed him about his decision to come and see about some of his findings and that was what Lucifer was waiting for.
• He was heading to his house downtown because he was suddenly feeling the urge to be alone and away from everyone. He would probably be back to himself by Monday. He had his hands in his pocket while looking around impatiently. He couldn’t wait to get out of here.
• “Good evening sir” the young boy greeted him and Lucifer found himself smiling back at the young lad. Rey was brilliant for his age and that was part of the reason that Lucifer was grateful he didn’t let the young boy go when he found him at the point of death some years ago. Rey owed him his life and in return for the stability that Lucifer offered. He helped him do all the dirty digging accurately.
