• Lucifer’s friends looked surprised when Jay said the reason why Lucifer is down. They begin to make jokes about it.
• “So Lucifer went for dinner, and found out his girlfriend was on a date, except that it was not with him,” Vincenzo said and they all laughed. Lucifer did not find it funny though. He should have known he would never hear the end of the whole thing especially when jay was a living witness to everything. They would tease him till he can no longer take it. Bunch of bastards.
• “I am not in the mood,” Lucifer said in reply to the jokes. He still felt very broken and angry at Isabelle, even if he did miss her. She shouldn’t have gone on that date or whatever the man had called it. The more he thought of the way he was moving too close to her, the more he got irritated. He should have slammed his fist into the face of the son of a bitch, at least he would have felt better afterwards.
