Chapter 39 - Clean At Last

• I woke up with the birds, I fell asleep early last night and I feel well rested, I made some coffee for Daisy and Jason. I know at least one of them will be by soon and I make myself some hot chocolate. Daisy noticed my sweet tooth quickly and made sure to bring me sweet snacks as well as healthy ones. I sip my drink nibbling on some apple slices while I wait for them. I have been using a small pond behind the cabin for water to wash myself but I still feel dirty, I need a shower and to wash my hair. Daisy also brought me soaps and some dry shampoo and other toiletries, but the shampoo only works for like a day, and it has been at least 3 days since I thoroughly washed.
• When they arrive I am surprised to see both of them. I pour Daisy a coffee but Jason declines, he is heading back now to talk to their Alpha, he says he just needed to see me before he went. It doesn't even come inside but stands by the door and looks me over carefully before turning around and heading towards where I'm assuming the pack house is.
