Chapter 34 - Waking

Cassie -
I'm dreaming, I know that much, I'm in a field of daffodils again, and I turn on the spot multiple times looking for the moon goddess or my wolf, I'm hoping that during this meeting my wolf will come back to me. I feel fine here, though I know I am injured from my escape I can't see or feel my injuries. I spin on the spot so often that I get dizzy, I spot a large boulder at the edge of the field and decide to head over to it and sit while I wait, so I pick my way carefully through the blooms and perch myself upon it.
After what feels like an eternity I finally see movement across the field. There is a Bush rustling and slowly my wolf steps out of the shadows and slowly walks towards me. When she is about halfway across the field she drops out of sight, this causes me to spring from my position and I race towards her, hoping she is OK.
