Chapter 35 Isabella, Free

• Isabella walked happily through the university corridors on her first exciting, if nerve-wracking, day. She looked lovely in a sky-blue trouser set her grandmother had bought, approving the new fashion advice she was providing. Isabella also wore her blonde hair loose for the first time, enjoying the sense of freedom.
• Wandering the wide hallways, she eventually found her assigned classroom already full of students. Self-consciously scanning the seats, she spotted an empty place by a casually dressed girl with heavy glasses. As she smiled welcomingly at Isabella, her braces glinted under the fluorescent lights.
• "Come sit here!" the girl offered brightly, gathering her belongings scattered across the desk to make room. With the remaining empty seats all beside boys, Isabella gratefully slid in next to her new acquaintance.
