• Megan's POV
• Before turning away and beginning to fill the bathtub, he had sat down on the counter next to the sink. He opened several drawers and started digging around, taking out bottles of various substances and pouring them into the bath. The bathroom soon filled with a vanilla scent, and the tub was brimming with bubbles that seemed to reflect a rainbow's worth of hues. More fresh towels are gathered, and he sets them conveniently next to the bathtub. When he was through, he took me again in his arms and placed me on the side of the bathtub.
• "Go ahead and enter and prepare; make yourself at ease. To remove that object from your foot, I need to go retrieve my first aid equipment, which I left downstairs. He closed the door behind him, leaving me in the room alone to undress.
