• Jason's POV
• "Megan?" She was about to open my office door when she suddenly halted in her tracks. "Would you accompany me home?" After the prior incident, my wolf was quite agitated and did not want to let her leave our sight. I wanted to be near to her so I could shield her from any potential damage since they may strike again at any time.
• Saying "I'm sorry" It was her. She smelled dread, then perplexity. Her expression change caused her formerly harsh scent to become somewhat sour.
