Chapter 216 Double Blow

• It was a welcome return to Blue Valley. After breakfast, we made our way to Ingram Park to retrieve Sylvester. Mrs Ingram, true to form, wouldn’t let us off too easily, much to Paul’s chagrin. Eventually, he left me there with the promise to return when I was ready.
• I cherished the morning spent with my in-laws, relishing in their tales of babysitting adventures. Despite Sylvester being so young, their anecdotes were filled with genuine joy.
• Mrs Ingram, in her typical fashion, had unearthed all of Paul’s baby photos to compare with Sylvester's, revealing a striking resemblance down to their sleeping positions. And, of course, her penchant for sweet things meant that tea with her was always a treat.
