Chapter 12 Don't Tell Anyone

• I was feeling so incredibly liberated, having finally escaped the confines of the basement and finding myself on a yacht. Paul had stepped away to take a phone call and the feeling of freedom made me subconsciously spin around the deck in melody.
• I didn’t even realise that Paul came back up and was silently watching me twirl around. Suddenly, he reached out and took hold of my hand, joining me in the dance. While he effortlessly spun me around, he hummed a love song.
• One I once thought was the greatest love song ever written. Though I had never loved anyone to that extent before, somehow, I was able to relate to it to the lyrics.
