• Mandy’s POV
• Once we reach the same VIP room, that Matteo brought me to just hours before the goon in front knocks. I’m unable to see who opens the door, until we are ushered inside. The woman who has been seen on Matteo’s arm a few times is who let us in. She gives me a look of pure hatred, before she steps out. A whole group of woman follows her. Now the only people left in here is Matteo, Don Mucci and his right-hand man Rio, Carlos, Sarah, Angelo, and three men I have never seen before. I’m still holding Mel’s hand inside of mine. Hopefully it gives her some kind of comfort. I amble over to where Matteo is sprawled out like the king that he is. As I am standing in front of him, I don’t dare speak a word. By me remaining quiet I am showing everyone in here that I’m submissive to him. It makes me sick to have to bow down to Matteo.
