• I traveled to New York in first class with Max Voelklein. The seats were so comfortable and the food was so exquisite that I was fascinated. I said goodbye to Adam with a tight hug and left him in the company of Miranda. They had such good vibes together that they couldn't stop being together and had agreed to spend New Year's Eve together. I left happy. It was painful to see Adam's face with a certain sadness when I told him about Max's proposal, but he was happy for me.
• "More whiskey, Mr. Voelklein?" offered a pale"skinned, green"eyed flight attendant who had not stopped flirting with him since he sat in his seat.
