• Mark sat in the back seat of the car, squeezed between two of Blair's thugs who were giving him dirty looks. All he could do was smile awkwardly at them because they had the advantage of having Luz and being the majority, so he had no choice but to stay quiet until he knew where the hell they were going.
• No one said anything, only the radio could be heard in the background. Classical music that instead of relaxing them, was uncomfortable and unnecessary.
• Mark leans over his seat and brings his face almost to Luz's neck, who has her gaze fixed ahead in the passenger seat of the driver. She is sitting with her legs crossed. The red and blue lights on the dashboard illuminate her face.
