Chapter 24

• When I got out of the shower, Adam was already lying down and about to sleep. The silence of the campus was as relaxing as it was unsettling. As soon as he saw me, he fixed his eyes on me and I felt uncomfortable. So, I pretended not to have seen him and lay down on my bed.
• "Sometimes you can have sex with someone without being in a formal relationship," I said, knowing he intended to continue prying into my life.
• "Yes, I often have sex with women frequently and I have nothing with them."
