Chapter 17

• I was the first to wake up. Amanda, my roommate, was still sleeping peacefully, and every now and then I saw her smile due to some dream that I was unaware of.
• The morning sun was streaming in through the window, and the memories of the previous night with Max began to hit me as I woke up.
• It was eight in the morning, and I was surprised, as it was not usual for me to wake up so early. I went to the bathroom, washed my face, brushed my teeth, and took a long shower. With a towel on my head, I put on tight blue jeans and a white short"sleeved t"shirt. I brushed my hair while looking at myself in the mirror.
