- I get up from the floor and head to the bathroom. I look at myself in the mirror. I look haggard, pale, and with dark circles under my eyes. My lips are swollen and red, moist. My eyes are glassy from tears. I don't recognize myself.
- I wash my face while trying to blow my nose to get rid of the disgusting vomit that's left in it. Nausea hits me again. I hold onto the sink to steady myself.
