• Ethan’s mother kept trying to make him see that Elaine was the right woman for him not Serena, even though she was already with child , she believed Serena was truly just trying to trap Ethan and he fell for it. She had no idea that Elaine took was not well off anymore, she knew about her family problems but still Elaine was hiding a lot from her.
• They continued to go in coffee dates together, and sometimes shopping, Elaine was spending a lot of time with her soon to be mother in law, according to the both of them , Ethan’s mother assured her that her son would eventually come around. But Elaine knew she was running out of time, the people she owed money were not to be messed with.
• She needed to get into Ethan’s good books as soon as possible and any seco6sje wasted was not good for her. She needed to act very soon, and anything she tried was not working. She hated spending time with Ethan’s mother, she didn’t want to befriend Victoria, all she wanted was to get close to Ethan really soon or she was a dead woman walking.
