• Christian didn’t even have to lift his finger after everything unfold, Mr M was ready to tear Mara apart. He beat her to a pulp. Christmas just watching without helping. He felt a little sorry for Mr M but alas he chose to wring horse to bet on. He was fooled by Mara. He was helpless when he saw a picture of Victoria and immediately understood that Mara wanted to take her place, she didn’t love him , she used him. Looking at Christian and at himself he knew right then that Mara was in love with this man.
• Since he came to his senses Christian let him go, he was of no use to him and he couldn’t keep a dog while it’s down, he was yet to deal with Mara though. He made a quick call to his wife and asked her what she wanted to do with her step sister. Victoria was shocked to see what Mara now looked like. The nerve of trying to replace her was what got to her. She still don’t want her to die though, she wanted her to be punished, yes, buy not be killed. She didn’t want her dear husband to dirty his hands with trash like Mara, so she suggested he hand her over to the police.
• It was very easy for Christian to do that since he had all the damning evidence against Mara. He had collected the evidence from when she kidnapped Victoria and then their kids. Now identify theft was added to her sins. And since Christian ruled the country he had the power to put her away for a long time and he did just that. The police came and arrested Mara and he suggested maximum prison with no chance to even see the son.
