Chapter 29

• Ruth could not even focus on her work ,call she could do was think about Victoria and where to start when getting rid of her. She couldn’t believe she slept with Colin to get information about Christian and Victoria’s honeymoon and they still got to spend time together. She was not giving them anymore time, she was now certain that Christian may have been forced to marry Victoria because of their children or she may have put him until a spell.
• She couldn’t believe the nerve of that woman. At lunch time she drove straight to the Chadwick residence, she wanted to snoop around and find out if indeed Victoria was not bluffing about the kids. But as soon as she got inside even before she could meet old Mrs Chadwick she saw dozens of pictures in the walls from the foyer leading to the nearest lounge. Victoria and Christian happy wedding pictures were a sore sight for her. She was already boiling with anger even before she could confirm with the elders about the kids because the pictures on the walls said it all.
• When old Mrs Chadwick saw her she put a smile on her face that did not even reach her eyes, she had always known how much Ruth likes Christian but she simply didn’t like her for her great grandson, she seemed manipulative and bad vibes. She was always acting all innocent around them but she could see through her facade. Ruth was not a good person, ever since they were young all girls around Christian would disappear but she was still around, this made old Mrs Chadwick suspect.
