Chapter 11

• Victoria forgot to inform Byron about her change of plans, He had waited the whole night at the airport and there was no sign of her. He got worried because he couldn’t get hold of her, he decided he was going to fly to Country C the next day. On the other hand Christian had been going crazy trying to find Victoria. Her phone number was disconnected she was not even reading her emails.
• He took a while to call her because he didn’t want her to get excited thinking the kids were back, but as soon as the kids got home he tried calling her yet he couldn’t reach her. He was worried sick because the children wanted their mother after their ordeal and he had no answers for them.
• He had to lie and tell them their mother had to go in a business trip and will be back in a month, when he said this he didn’t know that Victoria was not planning to come back any time soon. He just hoped she was safe. But he still had this nagging feeling that something was wrong.
