Chapter 39

• The four men soon found out that there was a couple who came looking for a house near the Chadwick residence, they had been there for some time, renting in the guise of getting used to the house for a month first before they could buy. From what they gathered the man who was supposed to be this lady’s husband was definitely not the same man who looked exactly like Christian. But from a different angle the cameras they found, the lady was define the one they saw entering the hotel with the man who looked like Christian minutes before Victoria showed up.
• Their minds were blown, they were not sure if Christian had a twin he never told them about or someone had a good plastic surgeon to look exactly him. But even though they looked alike something was off about his movement, which Victoria never got to see because she found them in bed and didn’t get the chance to see this man walking. He had a limp. Even without the limp that he was trying so hard to hide they could see that man was not Christian.
• Maybe because they grew up with him and have known him their entire lives but they were still judging Victoria for not knowing her man. She was sleeping in the same bed with Christian, everyday, how could she not see that man was a fake. Victoria knew Christian’s body, but they were not in her shoes when everything happened. Everything was clearly planned to deceive her and Colin was there to stand up for her when they were judging her.
