Chapter 22

• Within minutes there was chaos at the Bullock company, even when Sophia tried to apologise it was too late. For Christian this day was supposed to happen like this. He thought he would just give this father, daughter duo and chance but clearly Sophia’s father was Bo better, he did not raise his child well. She was not disciplined at all. Colin had already told him Mr Bullock knew how his daughter snatched Mark away from Victoria but he did nothing to stop it. How daughter was the apple of his eye and everyone else didn’t matter. It was time for both of them to be taught a lesson.
• All the news outlets were reporting in scandals about the Bullock company, all the scams they did, the tax invasion. They lost all their contracts within an hour, they phone lines were ringing nonstop, calls from reporters and their partners. Everyone was busy to tying to clean up the mess but both Sophia and her father were in shock. They just stood like they couldn’t understand what was going on around them.
• Christian and Victoria left the company holding hands. Even the people who admired them when they separately came in, didn’t even spare them another look. Employees were scared of loosing their jobs, some of them were already looking for other jobs. Everything was a mess and that’s exactly how Christian wanted it to be. He wanted those two to suffer. He had already put in motion to buy all the Bullock assets and put the company under Victoria ‘s company since it was also a jewellery company.
