Chapter 8 Under The Rain

• I just stand there watching as he takes the path back to the classroom buildings. If I really don't want anything to do with anyone, I guess I should stop observing him. He has that sex appeal that no one can resist.
• I enter the building and head to the career office with Mrs. Dora, a secretary who has been here longer than the building itself. She is the kind soul of the offices, a true sweetheart. I walk towards her for the class change.
• "Good afternoon, Dora. How are you?"
