Chapter 18

• I step into the shower and turn on the hot water, a slight ache lingers in my head, but nothing a couple of paracetamol can't fix. I let the hot water cascade down my back as I reminisce about everything that has happened. Pablo is a very handsome man, no doubt, and he has a beautiful smile. If I were to get to know him better, I'm sure something could develop between us over time, but not now.
• I grab the soap and start lathering it on my body, the sensation is pleasant and it reminds me that it's been a while since I've had sex. Then I remember Professor Ian, who would have thought that behind that polished facade lies a passionate man. I've heard from my friends about rough sex. I can't say that I've tried it, I've had good sex, but not "Exquisite sex."
• I close my eyes and recreate in my mind the scene I witnessed, not the professor (although he did look appetizing), but the scene in general: a passionate man who knows what he's doing and a willing woman enjoying sex on a table.
