Chapter 72

• I wake up almost at mid-morning and make myself a sandwich so that I can take my vitamins. After that, I call my mother and we chat for a while about everything that has happened. Someone from the office told her that I had been beaten up, so I had to tell her the version of events, everything that happened. The clear version, that everyone knew, not mine.
• At eleven, I take a shower and mentally prepare myself to go to work. Ian lets me know that we'll meet at the cafeteria at one. I think he's crazy.
