Chapter 44

• Muse and Jeremy's wedding was the day after we arrived, so the rest of the afternoon I spent with the girls in a sort of bachelorette party. I can't accurately describe how it felt to be surrounded by other women around my age, and even though I'm the youngest of them all, there was a sense of sisterhood when we shared our experiences.
• "And? Tell us already, woman!" Amelia demands, as if she didn't already know. Maybe it's the way I say it, but she quickly adds, "I mean, I only know what I've seen."
• "Oh yes! I never thought they would meet again," Katherine adds.
