Chapter 25
- Kaemon stood beside the bed, gazing down at the peaceful figure of Sienna, still trying to grasp the reality of their passionate night together. He couldn't help but feel captivated by her sleeping form, his heart swelling with admiration. As his phone buzzed with an incoming call, he glanced at the screen to see the caller's name before answering. After ending the call, he stole one last glance at Sienna, gently brushing a stray strand of hair from her face before reluctantly leaving the hotel room.
- Sienna woke up in the hotel room, the soft morning light seeping through the curtains, casting a warm glow on the walls. Even though she knew she'd be waking up by herself, the feeling of loneliness still washed over her. The sheets, once warm and inviting, now felt cold against her bare skin. They were a reminder of the empty space beside her, the absence of his body intertwined with hers.
- With a groggy stretch, she reached for her phone resting on the nightstand, its screen illuminating the dim space. Ten o'clock flashed back at her, and she couldn't help but release a frustrated sigh. She scolded herself silently for oversleeping.
