• Sienna looked at Kaemon, hoping to see some reaction from him, but he remained impassive. He reached for the folder and flipped it open with a nonchalant gesture. She watched him intently as he skimmed through the proposal in a matter of seconds and then shut it with a resounding noise. He slid it back to the team leader, who was waiting expectantly.
• “Thank you for sharing this with us,” Kaemon spoke in a courteous tone, but his words were like a slap in the face. “We appreciate your effort, but we have no intention of matching their offer.” The team members let out a collective gasp of shock, and she struggled to keep her composure. Sienna tried to not look at him directly, afraid that he would see the astonishment in her eyes.
• “What?” the leader exclaimed. “Are you crazy? You are turning down a chance to save your deal?” Yes Kaemon, are you crazy! Don’t be crazy, That’s my department!
