Chapter 99

• As Sarah finally drove back home, she got in and found her boyfriend, Ryan already taking lunch. He looked all dressed casually and beside him were his crutches. As soon as he heard the sound of the opening door, his eyes looked towards the direction. He saw her and then smiled as she approached him.
• Gave him a kiss on the lips as she stared at his dressing. He told her he had taken his shower a few hours ago and that he is mastering the use of crutches. He laughed and she laughed too and then told him she would be back. In the next minute, she walked into the room to freshen up when suddenly, his phone rang. He looked on the phone screen to know who but realised it's an unknown number.
• After 6 rings,he finally picked and it was the voice of a woman whose tone was called. He informed her that Marcus, the bar attendant and his messenger were dead and that as for the girl, Serena by name, she would bring her down too. Immediately, the call ended and she didn't give him a chance to reply. End the scene as the call ended.
