- As soon as we finally found a shelter from the relentless rain, Ryan approached a small awning and pulled me underneath its protective cover. The rain had drenched us to the bone, and I couldn't help but shiver uncontrollably.
- I took a seat on the small space left available, my soaked clothes sticking uncomfortably against my skin. The awning provided little respite from the wetness, but it was still better than being exposed to the relentless rain.
