• I paced back and forth in my office, they were starting to take notice. Of course, they would. It was only a matter of time before the pack started questioning my behaviour, my erratic emotions whenever it came to Lee-Anna. I hadn’t intended to let it get this far without telling them, but every time I tried to bring it up, something held me back. The fear of their reaction? The backlash of claiming a human as my mate?
