• Kai walked into his room and grabbed his phone. Then, he dialled the number of the new graphic designer, Sarah. Kai needed her assistance.
• As Sarah picked up the phone, Kai took a deep breath and cleared his throat. "Sarah, it's Kai," he said, trying to sound as calm and composed as possible. "I hope you're doing well today."
• "Good morning, Sir," Sarah replied, her voice slightly hesitant. "I'm fine, thank you. How can I help you sir?"
