Chapter 18

• As days passed by, on this day, Camila woke up to the sound of birds chirping outside. It was a beautiful morning, but she had a job interview to prepare for. She got out of bed and went to the bathroom to freshen up. As she looked at herself in the mirror, she couldn't help but remember her past life, most especially, she misses her grandmother.
• She wanted to rebuild her life and become independent. She was nervous and wasn't sure if she could face the outside world after being trapped inside the palace but she had to work and earn if she must survive.
• Pushing her thoughts aside, she got dressed in a smart outfit that Emily bought for her before she left for the interview. Over the phone, the CEO had asked to meet her at a coffee shop near the office, and she was anxious to make a good impression. As she walked towards the shop, she saw a handsome man waiting for her. He stood up as she approached and introduced himself as the CEO.
