Chapter 79 Farewells

• Farewells are not easy for anyone, I felt free, sad, melancholic, excited, scared, all at once... In the blink of an eye, it was already the next morning and the difficult day had arrived, I had to see the Clarks, I had to say goodbye to them, I thought I would tell them in a small family gathering they had and had invited me to.
• As always, they welcomed me with love, Eva almost jumped with happiness just by seeing me and Charles and Annie were pleasantly surprised that I had come. It was obvious that things didn't end well with me when I left their house that day, which now seems so distant, when Brandon confessed his love to me.
• I didn't see any signs that Brandon was there, someone mentioned him at some point, maybe they were expecting him, but it was unlikely that he would be there, much better, I felt more at ease.
