Chapter 73 Omissions
- When he takes me by the arm for a while, at first I thought he was going to take me to his apartment so we could talk, but I suppose the tension between us wasn't enough to go that far. It was as if we were carrying a time bomb that would explode in a matter of minutes.
- We walked through a couple of hallways in the building until we reached the back door, which led to a small garden, or rather, a green space that was a bit lonely, where some people went out to smoke or try to distract themselves from their daily work. I guess at least we would be alone here.
- I just stood there, motionless, as if I had just experienced something so bewildering that I didn't know where to begin. He seemed to be in the same state, pacing back and forth, covering his face with his hands. But we had to start somewhere. I remember that he's not very good at communicating, and if I don't say anything, I feel like we'll remain silent here forever.
