Chapter 27 The Silence

• He is smiling, that's the first thing I notice. He has a simple smile, almost expectant and nervous, while he stands at the door of my room, as if it's nothing, as if it's "our room". He is fully dressed, relaxed as if he had taken a good bath and had all the time in the world to dress in his usual formal look.
• Meanwhile, I am relatively dressed up, ready to go out, but with a terrible look of worry, humiliation, regret, everything that is wrong.
• "Oh... you're awake and... dressed," he says with surprise after looking at me for a few seconds, stopping at me.
