Chapter 74 Confrontations

• We were talking, arguing, I don't really know, but at least we were communicating, and that was already a big step forward, at least for us. Brandon kept saying the same thing all the time, that he wanted to end his relationship with Jessica, but she was stopping him.
• I had already seen that she was a force to be reckoned with, she didn't seem to be at peace with the idea of losing him. God, she had even come to the office! Chasing him, harassing him, and insisting that he had to continue with the commitment. It was completely out of line.
• It also seemed that her family was somehow involved with him, according to what Brandon told me, they seemed to have a lot of pressure and she came from an important family. I had the impression that he wanted to escape from there, he had actually come here, to his hometown, to start a new life. That seemed quite logical and I understood it.
