• “Better get that thing to shut up or I’m going to chop your head off!” Liam yelled at the nurse, who cradled the wailing baby to her chest in a bid to get her to stop crying.
• She had been at it unsuccessfully for over 10 minutes, and when she noticed there was nothing more, she could do to keep the baby from, wailing, she licked her lips and swallowed. “Sir,” she called out in a shaky voice and annoyance immediately washed over Liam.
