Chapter 105

• Lily shot straight for her phone the moment she woke up. Her head was pounding, and she felt slightly disoriented and all of that heightened when she looked at her phone and it was 11:30 AM.
• Panic immediately shot through her and she shot up from her bed, which resulted in a dizzy feeling but she pushed through it as she ran into the bathroom and freshened up. Thankfully, when she packed up yesterday, she packed up outfits she could wear to work, so she quickly threw one on, and dashed out of the house.
• Liam was downstairs in the kitchen, having breakfast and watching a video. “Why didn’t you wake me up?” she blurted out even though she just wanted to brush past him and head to her company in hopes of managing the issue, but seeing him look so calm while her life was toppling down was a bit upsetting.
