• “Lily,” Grandpa Larkin was the first to notice her, and Lily immediately smiled and walked over to him. Instantly he pulled her into a hug, the both of them had barely spent any time together because he had been sick, and he was available briefly at the wedding. She felt incredibly guilty for having him go through all these troubles just to get her sorry ass out of the mess she was webbed in.
• “I see you are dressed, are you leaving now?” he asked as they pulled away from the hug, and the room seemed to grow even much quieter than it was when he beckoned on her, and when Lily looked, all eyes were fixed on her.
