• “What do you think you are doing in my office, and with my phone?” Asher asked as he strolled into his office, and met Charlotte on his chair with phone in hand.
• She looked down at the phone then tossed it on the desk and stood up, “I was just in here looking for you, when I saw your phone buzzing. Can you tell me exactly why my sister was calling you and talking about needing you?” she leaned against the desk and crossed her arms over her chest.
• Asher’s eyes widened and he immediately picked up his phone, once he confirmed that Lily did in fact call, over 30 minutes ago his mind conjured up the worst possible scenarios and he tried to dash out of the office, and Charlotte immediately grabbed his arm stopping him.
