• "Lily, you're here." Miss Morgan said, pulling her into a quick hug while her eyes darted around behind her looking for her son-in-law. A resigned sigh left her lips as she pulled away from the hug when she caught no sight of him, "I guess he's busy with work once again." She said before Lily could give her daily excuse, and Lily gave her a tight-lipped smile in affirmation.
• "I think he's going to be here soon, Mummy." Charlotte said with a smug smile as she walked into the kitchen, "I sent him a personal invitation, and you know, mum, he still has the shots for me." She pulled her mum into a side hug, shooting Lily a wink as she did.
• A surprised look washed over Miss Morgan's face and her eyes darted between her two daughters, "after all these years that he's been married to Lily?"
